Brokerage-wide E&O insurance can cost more than $20,000/year — usually buried in higher fees. Instead, ArHaus agents carry their own coverage, available for approximately $50/month, subject to provider requirements and pricing.

E&O requirements, eligibility, coverage, premiums, limits, deductibles, and terms are set by the applicable insurance provider and may change.

What does ArHaus charge per closing?

A $500 transaction fee plus a $199 broker review fee — $699 per closing before the transaction-fee cap is reached.

Does ArHaus have a cap?

Yes. The $500 transaction-fee portion caps at $5,000, reached after 10 closings. The $199 broker review fee continues with each closing.

Are there monthly or desk fees?

No monthly brokerage or desk fees.

Is technology included?

Technology is optional. ArHaus agents can choose to access our technology suite for a low additional fee rather than having the cost built into everyone's brokerage fees.

How does E&O insurance work?

ArHaus agents carry their own Errors & Omissions insurance rather than having the cost of a large brokerage-wide policy built into the fee structure.

Can I keep my personal brand?

Yes. ArHaus is designed to sit behind your individual brand, subject to Florida advertising and brokerage-name requirements.
